旋轉球傾斜入水空泡演變和運動特性數值模擬

摘要 為研究不同旋轉方向對恒定轉速球體傾斜入水過程中空泡動力學和運動特性的影響,基于雷諾時均方法的SSTk-ω(剪切應力傳輸模型)渦粘性模型,以及動態流體相互作用疊加旋轉運動和重疊網格技術對低弗勞德數條件下球體入水過程進行了三維數值模擬研究,并利用入水試驗系統和高速攝像技術驗證了數值仿真結果的可靠性.計算結果表明:馬格努斯效應使球體兩側產生壓力差和橫向力,使空泡發展方向和尺寸、閉合時間點、空腔及射流的姿態隨旋轉軸而變化;球體繞不同軸旋轉傾斜入水時的運動受力特性差異顯著.

Abstract To analyze the effects of constant rotation under various rotating axes on the cavity dynamics and motion characteristics for oblique water entry of a sphere,the three-dimensional numerical simulation of the sphere water entry process under low Froude number was investigated based on the SST k-ω (shear stress transfer) eddy viscosity model in the Reynolds average Navier-Stokes (RANS) and the dynamic fluid body interaction (DFBI) superposed rotation motion and overlapping grid technique.The reliability of numerical model was verified by the entry experimental system and high-speed camera technology.The numerical results show that the Magnus effect causes pressure difference and lateral force on both sides of the sphere,so that the development direction,the closure times and the size of the cavity,and the shapes of the jet change with the rotation axis.The motion characteristics for oblique water entry of a sphere rotating around various axes are completely different.
