基于HUST-Ship的船舶操縱數值水池參數建模

摘要 根據船舶操縱大范圍運動的特點,基于自主研發的HUST-Ship黏性流無因次化CFD(計算流體力學)求解器,以移動計算域和全結構化重疊網格技術為支撐,提出一種船舶操縱性數值試驗水池參數化建模方法和網格生成技術.該數值水池以水線長為特征長度,以主尺度為輸入,在船體及自由面附近根據大量計算驗證的經驗積累自動給出網格分布規律,建立無因次操縱性水池.該技術有效地提高了建模和網格生成的效率,減輕了網格生成的工作量及網格分布帶來的數值計算的不確定性.以標模5415和KCS(KRISO集裝箱船)為對象,進行了回轉與Z形仿真,仿真與試驗結果的對比表明參數化船舶操縱性數值試驗水池預報結果滿足數值預報的精度要求.

Parametric modeling of ship maneuverable numerical tank based on HUST-Ship

Abstract Because of the large range of ship maneuvering,the parametric modeling and grid generation technology for ship maneuverability numerical test tank was proposed,which was based on independently developed HUST-Ship viscous flow dimensionless CFD (computational fluid dynamics) solver,moving domain technology and structured overset grid technology.This numerical tank took ship waterline length as reference length and main parameters of ship as inputs,grids distribution around hull and free surface was automatically set based on the experience of lots of calculations and verifications,and a dimensionless maneuverability tank was established.The technique could effectively improve the efficiency of modeling and grid generation and reduce the uncertainty of grid distribution.The 5415 and KCS (KRISO container ship) were selected to carry out turning and zig-zag simulations.Comparison between numerical simulation results and EFD(experimental fluid dynamics) data indicates that the prediction results based on parametric modeling of ship maneuverable numerical test tank meet the accuracy requirements of numerical prediction.
