深海載人潛水器浮力材料損傷機理研究

摘要 針對蛟龍號載人潛水器在近年來的應用過程中浮力材料損傷,嚴重影響潛水器和下潛人員安全的問題,開展了高壓環境試驗探究浮力材料損傷機理.通過實際應用過程中浮力材料開裂位置和開裂方向的不同,將損傷分為剪切型損傷和拉壓型損傷,并采用模型試驗方法分析拉壓型損傷的損傷機理.試驗結果表明:浮力材料在高壓環境下收縮進而引起在連接孔處應力集中是拉壓型損傷的損傷原因,并且該應力隨壓力、連接孔距離和浮力材料寬度及厚度的增大而增大,而浮力材料長度變化對應力大小無明顯影響.

Markov analysis on reliability of drainage system of subsea manned submersible

Abstract To evaluate the reliability of drainage system of subsea manned submersible,the Markov analysis model was developed for this repairable system and its reliability was analyzed.First,the mission reliability block diagram of the drainage system was analyzed and assumptions were made,and the state transition model of Markov random process was established.Then,the formulas for the reliability indicators,namely the instantaneous availability,the stationary availability and the mean time to failure (MTTF),were deduced by applying the Markov process theory for the drainage system.Finally,the values of stationary availability and MTTF were calculated by utilizing statistical data,which were 0.992 9 and 5 631 h,respectively.The influence on the reliability index made by the failure rate of each system components was analyzed.Results show that the changes of the pump failure rate have the highest impact on the system reliability,and the changes of the electric valve failure rate have the relative higher effect on the system reliability,while the changes of outboard valve failure rate affect the system reliability at the lowest level.
